PRESSURE SENSOR
EZY CHEK’s intrinsically safe hand held Pressure Sensor is capable of measuring in inches of water pressure, pounds per square inch and inches of mercury on the LCD readout. The meter is powered with a 9 VDC battery for safety and convenience.

MOTOR/BLOWER ASSEMBLY
EZY CHEK’s explosion proof Motor/Blower Assembly is a completely portable unit. This unit is used to bring a tank pressure down below atmospheric pressure. The Motor runs on 110 VAC and draws only 9 amps, making it compatible with a standard service station circuit breaker.

CONDUCTIVE WATER SENSOR
The Water Sensor operates on the principle of conductivity. There must be a minimum of 0.014" of water in the tank. Two sensors are mounted on the bottom of the probe. The probe is positioned just above water level. After negative pressure has been applied to the tank, and if there is water intrusion, water will "short out" the sensor causing conductivity which is displayed on the EZY 3 Water Sensor Display. The resolution of the water sensor is 0.0095".

EZY CHEK LEAK DETECTOR TESTER
The Leak Detector Tester is mounted in the emergency valve under the dispenser. Pressure and leak rate adjustments are made to determine if the in-line leak detector and functional element are operating to the manufacturer’s specifications.

EZY CHEK PRODUCT LINE TESTER
This device is connected to either the emergency valve or the air eliminator, and the graduated column is partially filled with product. Regulated gas pressure of up to 80 PSI is applied to the product in the column. This maintains a constant hydrostatic pressure in the system, regardless of variations in liquid level. Any leakage is observed in the graduated cylinder.

EZY CHEK ISOLATION PLUG
The Isolation Plug, which is installed through the Leak Detector opening and below the packer o-ring, eliminates the possibility of the o-ring leaking during a normal line test. The technician can also test the line through (1/4" opening) the Isolation Plug. This saves time, money and the technician having to pull the submersible pump.
