Please fill out the registration form and send it to our office to reserve your spot in the class. Registrations must be paid in full prior to the class date; non payment will remove you form the class. Please be advised that if we do not receive a large enough response the class will be cancelled and you will need to make arrangements to travel to our Michigan office for training and certification.
