Estabrook’s, Inc. requires technicians to be trained and certified on all EZY Chek Systems equipment.

Initial certifications must be obtained by attending a Training and Certification course offered each month at Estabrook’s, Inc. Michigan office; all Courses are conducted by; Brad Estabrook. See the “Class Schedule” listed on this website for available dates.

Subsequent certifications must be repeated biannually (every 2 years).

Every 4 years you must schedule a face to face recertification with Brad Estabrook. If you are unsure of your recertification status please call our office at 877-368-7215 to confirm.

Recertification fee is $550.00 biannually
There will be a $50.00 charge to replace lost certification certificates and/or Wallet Cards.

A. EZY 3 Locator Plus, Product Line Tester & Leak Detector Tester Exam
B. EZY 3 Locator Plus & Product Line Tester Exam
C. EZY 3 Locator Plus & Leak Detector Tester Exam
D. EZY 3 Locator Plus - ONLY Exam
E. Product Line Tester & Leak Detector Tester Exam
F. Product Line Tester - ONLY Exam
G. Leak Detector Tester - ONLY Exam

Fill out the cover sheet, sign & date it.

Take the exam (please be sure to take the correct exam for all testing methods you conduct)

Return all “ORIGINAL” documents to our Michigan office along with the $550.00 recertification fee.

Your certification will be mailed to the address listed on the cover sheet.

A Certification will NOT be issued UNTIL the following is received in our office:
Original Cover Sheet - Signed & Dated
Original Exam - Completed
$550.00 Recertification Fee

If your EZY 3 Locator Plus equipment is out of calibration a certification will not be issued until the equipment is sent to our Michigan office for proper inspection and calibration.
